Hours are Friday through Sunday from 4 p.m. to midnight and Monday from noon to 5 p.m. Admission is $15 to $20, and parking is $20 per car, cash only. Two designated lots handle vehicle traffic: Ingalls itself and an overflow lot at 6th and California. Rideshare drops at Pikes Peak Park, and fair shuttles connect all three.

If seat placement matters to you for the rodeo or the bull riding, admission does not guarantee a seat. Arriving with the gate rather than after dinner is the only reliable way to hold one.
Getting In, Getting Out

- Parking is cash only, $20. No card readers at the lot entrances. Bring bills.
- Rideshare drops at Pikes Peak Park, not Ingalls. The shuttle connects, but the drop pin will not be the gate. If you are ordering a car home at 11 p.m. on Saturday, plan the walk-back accordingly.
Vehicles parked outside the two designated lots are eligible for citation from the city. The overflow at 6th and California is the release valve; use it once Ingalls fills, which usually happens by 6 p.m. Friday and 5 p.m. Saturday.

The fair is the loudest weekend of the year, but it is not the only marker. Norco Horseweek ran April 17 through 26 this year, with the Saturday parade rolling east on 6th Street between Corona and Crestview, and the Horsetown USA Hall of Fame held its Champion Induction on May 17. Those are the spring bookends. The Norco Fair closes the summer bookend on Labor Day. The rest of the year fills in around those three fixed points.
